There are 4 ranges: Original, International, Brewmaster, and Premium. All kits require the addition of sugars, preferrably Brewing And Winemaking Sugar (Glucose/Dextrose Monohydrate) 1kg, Coopers Malt Extract Light 1.5kg, or other brew enhancers. Brewing Sugar is not much more expensive than ordinary sugar, and prevents the cidery tasts that can be caused by ordinary sugar. To appreciate the subtle qualities of the Premium range, Coopers Malt Extract Light 1.5kg should really be used instead of sugar.
