There are 4 ranges: Original, International, Brewmaster, and Premium. All kits require the addition of sugars, preferrably Brewing And Winemaking Sugar (Glucose/Dextrose Monohydrate) 1kg, Coopers Malt Extract Light 1.5kg, or Coopers brew enhancers. Brewing Sugar is not much more expensive than ordinary sugar, and reduces the cidery taste that can be caused by ordinary sugar. To appreciate the subtle qualities of the Premium range, Coopers Malt Extract Light 1.5kg should really be used instead of sugar. Coopers Carbonation Drops make priming beer bottles a breeze, without any mess. These are all available here and in the Ingredients and Chemicals section.
