This kit allows you to brew without opening the fermenter; keeping air away from your brew. You no longer have to wash and sterilize thermometers and hydrometers every time you need to take a reading. To take a temperature reading, just read the liquid crystal thermometer. For easy bottle filling, the kit comes with a "Little Bottler" mechanism: just push the bottle up, and when full, lower it - the flow of beer automatically stops. No more nightmares with syphons spilling beer everywhere.

This new kit now comes with a high quality translucent (no colouring agents in the plastic) polypropylene 33 liter fermenter (we found that 25 liter buckets overflow through the airlock, making quite a mess and posing an infection risk). It also comes with a proper bubbler airlock.

We suggest you get a brewbelt heater (keeps the temperature at about 22 oC, required for most beer kits).

Special tip (applies to all beer and wine kits): before you add the yeast, make sure the temperature is not too high! If the temperature drops below the recommended range, fermentation simply slows down. But if it gets too high, the beer can be ruined!

For no more mess priming beer bottles with sugar, order Cooper's carbonation drops: just pop a tablet in and fill the bottle, saves so much time! For a better quality beer we suggest you order Brewing Sugar and use it instead of ordinary sugar.

SPECIAL TIP: Use a dishwasher to wash your empty beer bottles, its incredible effective at cleaning them!
