Kits with less than 3 Kg malt extract may require the addition of fermentables; we strongly suggest you use spraymalt or brewing sugar instead of table sugar in order to avoid a "cidery" taste in your beer. Bottled beer can be primed with sugar but to make bottling much easier, and for a better quality result, use Coopers Carbonation Drops.
