Use: Dual purpose. American Ales, Pilsners, Czech Lagers and Belgian Ales.This variety, developed 1990 has a relatively low co-humulone content and it is sometimes mentioned amongst the noble hops. Like Mount Hood, this is an American hop variety with a German connection. Spices and herbs dominates but there are also hints of subtle citrus and flowers.
