Turbo Klar's big brother . . . Alcotec 24 ExtraKlar is the professional version and is now available for home brewers in Ireland.
Like Alcotec Turbo Klar, its a a two stage fining agent for wine or turbo yeast wash. It will normally clear anything in 24 hours including very difficult turbo yeast washes such as those from Alcotec 24 fermentations. The consumer pack comes in a dual sachet with total weight of 135g which will clear up to 25 litres.
