Alcotec Fruit Turbo Yeast with enzyme is part of their new "distillers range" and contains an enzyme and a pure fermenting distillers strain of yeast which was chosen for its ability to retain many of the important fruit qualities. The enzyme is excellent at breaking down pectins in the fruit which could otherwise create problems with clarity (haze).

This yeast ferments quickly and is ideal for creating home distilled fruit liqueurs. Available in 60g sachets for consumer use, or in 25kg sacks for the alcohol industry. This product is currently not available for the Australian and NZ markets but Alcotec are working on it.
