Alcotec Single Strain Whisky Yeast contains a glucoamylase enzyme for handling the dextrins produced when you use grains or molasses as raw material. For grains, you also need to pre-treat the wash with Alcotec α-Amylase Enzyme . This product is similar to the Alcotec Whisky Turbo, but the Alcotec Whisky Turbo is faster because it contains more nutrienys and yeast. Comes in a 23g sachet, sufficient for 25L.

Speciellt framtagen för att framhäva maltsmaken efter destillation. Jästen innehåller även ett glucoamylas-enzym för nerbrytning av dextriner som är en restprodukt från malt i receptet. För rena maltrecept behöver man också behandla malten under hög värme före jäsning med Alcotec Alpha Amylas Enzym. Alcotec Whiskyjäst kommer i en 23g påse, tillräcklig för jäsning av 25L.
