Australian Blend Merlot Blush Rose Wine Kit

Australian Blend Merlot Blush Rose 30 Bottle Homebrew Wine Kit

When the Merlot Blush was created, they had set out to make a very fruity, crisp but balanced rose wine. This recipe uses the Merlot grape which adds its typical hints of plum and ripe fruits and berries and this is contrasted with a crisp white grape for the main body of the wine. Drink well chilled!

All ingredients you need are already included, just add water to make 23 litres of refreshingly crisp new world style rose wine.

Some Australian Blends home brew kits come with a special wood chip mix that noticeably improves the flavour of the wine kit. The Australian Blend wine kit range is the most popular in Ireland.

Hi and Happy New Year!

I just wanted to tell you that I made a batch of Australian 7 day Merlot Blush Rose for Christmas and it was FANTASTIC.

I must add that, as with all the 7 day kits, they work much better if done over a longer period. I took 3 weeks to make mine and the result was a crystal clear, beautifully flavoured wine that could hold its own with any Rose.

Will definitely do more!

Simple and quick to make. Lovely Rosé colour and refreshing light taste. If you like Rosé wine you will enjoy when chilled. Like all wine kits gets better with age. Similar to Cellar 7 Pinot grigio blush. I will be making again

Great wine

Except for taking longer to ferment out this is an excellent brew, clear and very drinkable after 2.5 weeks!
