Nutrient for 25 L of wine, contains 20 grams of DAP (DiAmmonium Phosphate)

DAP is a water-soluble ammonium phosphate and is used as a yeast nutrient during commercial wine making. Sometimes, even commercial fermentations can slow down, or even get "stuck," stopping before all the sugar is converted to alcohol. These fermentation problems are often caused by something in the environment (cleanliness, temperature) that could be interfering with the yeast and preventing it from performing better. So DAP is used either to prevent fermentation problems or to fix them.
