Fantastic!
This is the first Better Brew kit I've tried, and I must say it is without a shadow of doubt the best beer kit I've ever made.
As I wanted a slightly stronger beer I only topped up to 21lt instead of the specified 23lt and used LME instead of brewing sugar.
Primary fermentation was very slow (compared to other kits I've made) spending three weeks in the FV with two week to carbonare.
I tried a couple of bottles to check carbonation after two weeks and it already tastes fantastic. Not as hoppy as the commercial IPA's, more like a traditional English ale.
I intend to save the rest for another six weeks by which time I'm sure it will have improved even more!
Just wish they did a Porter in the range.
