Brouwland Dried wine yeast BIOFERM Champagne
Saccharomyces cerevisiae var. bayanus. This yeast produces a neutral fermentation with a high sulphite resistance (up to 25 to 30 mg free SO2 per litre). It thus ensures a consistent and persistent fermentation. Can also be used for the re-fermentation of stalled wines, and ideal for sparkling wines and for secondary beer fermentation. Temperature range: 15 to 30 °C. Alcohol tolerance: up to 17% ABV. Dosage: 2 g/10 litre in normal conditions, and 4 g/10 litres for secondary fermentation, and difficult fermentation conditions. 

If out of stock, an alternate yeast is: Bulldog Bayanus Yeast 10g (Champagne, High Alcohol).
