Brouwland Dried wine yeast BIOFERM Doux
This yeast is for making sweeter wines with a higher residual sugar content. By leaving the natural fructose intact, a residual sugar level of 5 to 15 grams/litre is achievable. It produces fruity white wines and soft red wines. Its also good for making homebrew fruit wines. Limited acetaldehyde formation. Ideal fermentation temperature: 15 to 20 °C. Moderate alcohol tolerance: 12 to 14% ABV. Dosage: 2 to 3 grams / 10 litres.
