Best Temperature for Fermenting Wine Kits?

So what is the best temperature for fermenting a wine kit?

  1. It depends on the wine kit: 4 to 6 week kits are usually fermented at about 20 oC. But 5 and 7 day wine kits can be fermented at higher temperatures. There is usually a compromise . . . speed/temperature VS quality. If you ferment a 5 or 7 day homebrew wine kit at a lower temperature, it will take a bit longer but the quality will be noticeably better.
