A tap with sediment trap and a professional bottle filling stick, fills from the bottom for minimum air contact.

NB: most other taps can't handle hot water, even for washing. The plastic expands and then doesn't seal ever again after it cools. This tap has been engineered to withstand boiling water.

It has a valve at the bottom that opens when inserted into a bottle, and closes when the bottle is removed. The space left when the stick is removed is the correct "head" space for beer bottles.
