The perfect Acid Mix for homebrew wines, this is a granulated blend of the three most commonly found fruit acids: citric, malic and tartaric.

Contains 45% tartaric, 35% malic and 20% citric acid.

Harris Acid Blend is added directly to a wine or must to raise its acidity level when necessary.
