Australian Blend Pinot Grigio 30 Bottle Homebrew Wine Kit
Trendiest of the white wines, the Pinot Grigio grape creates a crisp and fruity white with a faint straw colour, hints of ripe melon and berries. The Pinot Grigio is by far the most popular homebrew wine kit in Ireland.
The perfect white wine to drink on its own, well chilled.
All ingredients you need are already included, just add water to make 23 litres of refreshingly crisp new world style Pinot Grigio white wine.
Some Australian Blends home brew kits come with a special wood chip mix that noticeably improves the flavour of the wine kit. The Australian Blend wine kit range is the most popular in Ireland.
Customer reviews
This really is a good kit. Easy to make and the results were fantastic. A tasty clear white wine first go. Very satisfied and will be making another batch when we get through this one.

Excellent wine. I have brewed four 30 bottle batches in the last two years. I give away a lot!. Very good feedback from family and friends. Slightly different each time but all great for taste and ‘drinkability’. Also improves with a few months age. Note: I rack off as soon as the fermentation is finished which seems to give a clean crisp taste.

I have tried a few kits now, (some of them a lot more expensive and much longer than this 7 day kit) but this is surprisingly the best. Better quality/result than the cheaper supermarket shop bought by far in my opinion. The % I am getting is 10.5. I am researching adding some sugar next time. To increase this. I’ll let you know the results. If it’s your first go this is the kit to go for you won’t be sorry with the results. Great price as well. Cheapest I have found.

Lovely
Nice easy to brew (and to drink) wine. Leave that extra bit longer prior to bottling makes for a full-bodied finish.

Good tasting wine
Despite rushing the brewing on this, ( temperature was not too constant during fermentation and I also did not leave it long enough to clear), the taste of this wine turned out a very decent Pinot Grigio. Have made several of the Australian Blend kits as well as Cellar 7 kits and so far all taste very good. A bonus is also that you don’t need 4kg off sugar like other kits. For the price and ease of making , it is very good value
