    68 °C › Start mashing
    68 °C › 60 min
    76 °C › 20 min
    77 °C › 5 min
    Boiling › 80 min

Irish Moss › 15 min before end of boil
Hop Pack C › End of boil
Hop Pack D › Add when wort has cooled to 60 °C

Temperature: 20 °C. Fermentation is complete when SG readings are constant for 48 hours.
