Brew with 55 litres brewing water plus sparging water. Hop quantities will be adjusted for alpha values where appropriate (alpha values vary from year to year, so this adjustment is required).

11 °P with 21 litres (SG: 1.048)

Fermentation
Fermentation temperature at around 22 °C. Fermentation is usually complete when SG readings are constant for 48 hours.

Maturing
2–3 days at room temperature, followed by 2–3 weeks in the refrigerator at 5 °C
