Everything you need to make an impressive variety of home-made, authentic tasting hard cheeses is included in this easy-to-use kit from Mad Millie – no experience required! You can make cracking Cheddar, Caerphilly, Cheshire, Wensleydale, Leicester and more, with the addition of only cold milk and a little bit of patience. Once made, each cheese takes between 4-16 weeks to reach maturity but the delicious taste and the satisfaction of having made it yourself more than makes up for the wait! Makes up to 5kg (11lb).
