Puriferm Cider Yeast
This cider yeast strain has been specially developed for fermentation in a strongly acidic apple medium. Reveals and brings out the natural taste of apples, strawberries, pears, elderberries etc. It is ideal for all types of cider.
Instructions: Pour the contents of the 10 gram package into a 100 to 150 ml of warm water (25 to 35 °C). Mix gently and leave it for 20 minutes. Then pour the mix yeast into the fermenter containing the must (juice). The temperature difference between must and mixture should not exceed 10 °C in order to avoid thermal shock to the yeast.
