PuriFerm UK-48 Turbo Yeast is a high alcohol turbo yeast. It is a versatile all-round yeast capable of either superfast fermentations (14% in less than 2 days with 6 kg sugar) or high alcohol fermentations up to approx 20% with 8 kg sugar which takes about 5 days to fully ferment out. Its a real work horse in the 48 class of turbo yeasts.

Turbo Yeast Instructions:
Add 15 litres of water to your fermenter at 35 oC, then add the sugar and mix well. See the back of the sachet for the amount of sugar to add. Add the sachet contents and mix. For fermentation times and temperatures, seethe back of the sachet. For best results, always use Turbo Klar to clear.
