PuriFerm provides a range of great value yeasts that are ideal for fermenting wine, cider, fruits, and sparkling wines. These sachets contain 10 grams of yeast, superb value.

Instructions: Pour the contents of the 10 gram package into a 100 to 150 ml of warm water (25 to 35 °C). Mix gently and leave it for 20 minutes. Then pour the mix yeast into the fermenter containing the must (juice). The temperature difference between must and mixture should not exceed 10 °C in order to avoid thermal shock to the yeast.
