For delightful light and summery Rose wines.
Dried Rose Petal Wine Recipe. Pour 1 gallon boiling water into a fermenting bin. Stir in 300 ml. white grape concentrate, 1.25 kilos white sugar and 30 grammes of dried rose petals. Stir well until sugar is dissolved. When cool, add one 5 ml. spoon each of citric acid, yeast nutrient, grape tannin, pectic enzyme and a good wine yeast. Keep well covered, in a warm place and stir rigorously daily for a week. Strain into a demijon and allow to ferment out, topping up with water if necessary. Bottle when ferment is complete.
