NB: the mill comes without a plug: you will need to get a qualified electrician to fit a plug. The unit is rated at 2200 W which implies a current draw of less that 10 amps; however the manual mentions a 16 amp plug - again take advise from an electrician. We've sold many of these in Ireland and never had a problem. 

The Apple and Pear Mill shreds the fruit perfectly: not too coarse or too fine, but to the perfect size to guarantee the highest possible juice yield. This minimizes fruit pulp and ensures fast fermentation when mashing.

Its also a breeze to use. It can be plugged into a normal 230 Volt shockproof socket. The large feed-hopper to makes it very easy to fill with fruit . . . . just pour it it from a big box. Its able to process 1000 kg of fruit every hour.

And its very easy to maintain and clean. To clean, simply remove the hopper and hose with water. Its almost
maintenance free. The cutter blades may need to be sharpened every now and then. .The hopper, motor block, cutter blades, etc. are all made of high quality rust-free materials so it won't rust even after several years of use.

It complies with all applicable European Safety Standards (CE). It has a protective motor switch which is triggered in case of an overload. The feed hopper has "reach-in" and "switch-o"n protection. It aslo has a PE shield to protect the cutters and the motor against any unauthorized intervention and against splashing water.
