Extracts fruit juices from apples, pears, grapes and berries. So easy to press top quality fruit juice quickly. Shred the fruit, fill the Hydropress, and simply turn the water tap on. Water pressure pushes the fruit against the basket grid to get the very last drop of juice! The hydropress may also be used press tomatoes, pickled tobacco and citrus fruit.

To operate, simply connect a garden hose to the normal water mains and turn on the tap. This expands the rubber membrane outwards to squeeze the fruit. You can easily control the the pressure and press time by opening or closing the tap.
Mains water pressure between 2.5 and 3 bar creates about 20 tonnes of pressing power. As with all Speidel products, you an be assured of the highest quality materials and workmanship.
The larger units can be mounted on a swivelling carriage for easy movement and easier removal of pressed pulp. For the 90 and 180 litres presses, a fine filter sack for yeast and lees is available.
