What You See: Pours pale straw, with white head.
Aroma: Crisp, clean aroma with tones of vanilla and very slight herbal notes from the hops.
Taste: Light malt flavour, with a touch of honey. Dry with clean and refreshing body.

Malt Extract: 1.8 Kg hopped malt extract, plus 1.2 Kg light malt extract
Hop Pellet Additions (dry hopping): lager style (10 gram yeast sachet)

Yeast Strain: lager style (top fermenting) 
Priming Sugar Required (not Included): 6 grams of sugar per litre, or use carbonation drops.
