Coopers Golden Crown Lager Beer Kit
Coopers brewed their first ever lager in 1968. calling it ‘Gold Crown.’ Its a delicate, less sweet beer reminiscent of Germany's Dortmunder style lagers and it was a huge success for the brewery.
So, in the tradition of Maxwell Cooper’s original recipe, this homebrew kit creates a classic lager with deep golden colours and a firm malty body. Refreshingly bitter with a lingering fruity aroma, it is topped off by a tight compact head.
This is a lager beer kit truly worthy of its crown!
Coopers recommend brewing this can with 1kg. Coopers Light Dry Malt (2 Boxes, 500g. each) and Coopers carbonation drops. But you can also brew it more cost effectively with either 1 Kg brewing sugar, or 1.2 Kg Craft Range LME.
