Sufficient to prepare 1 litre of yoghurt, can be further cultivated 15 - 20 times: just save a few tablespoons for your next yoghurt and add milk again.

After several hours in the LACTOFERM yoghurt maker, you will have made again 1 litre of delicious home-made yoghurt.

LACTOFERM BIFIDUM
Delicious yoghurt with Acidophilus and Bifido bacteria.

Contains at least 95% of dextro-lactic acid L(+).

Also suitable for lactose free milk.
